2nd Christmas Tree Festival for Trumpington, 8th to 15th December 2019
A Celebration by the Community for the Community
Please read the following information:
Entering a tree is free of charge and is open to individuals, families, charities, churches, schools, shops, businesses, clubs and societies, who are invited to provide and decorate a tree for display in St Mary & St Michael’s Parish Church. Trees should be about 3ft/90cm tall and can be fresh, artificial or home-made.
The theme for decorations is Christmas Stories. The only limit is your imagination and afterwards your tree goes home with you for Christmas. Groups or businesses could make and/or decorate their tree to reflect their group. All trees must be lit using battery-operated lights, which entrants provide.
Trees can be decorated at the church or brought ready-decorated.
Entries will be accepted for trees in four judging categories (visitors will vote for their favourites):
Child Individual, Child Group/Family, Adult Individual, Adult Group
Entries close on Saturday 30 November.
