Giving
Supporting the church
St Mary and St Michael’s exists to share the goodness of God with the whole community.
Every single donation, large or small, helps us to be here today and tomorrow: online, in our beautiful ancient building and around the community we serve.
Our church costs money to run – over £100,000 a year.
Most of this sum comes from the weekly and monthly giving of those who worship here.
This regular giving enables us to support work with children, schools, families and the vulnerable in the
community; pay those who work for church; support the education and training of new clergy and the wider work of the Church of England; help less wealthy parishes and initiatives in poorer parts of the country; and to heat, light and maintain our
buildings and churchyard.
Please consider supporting us in any of the ways shown on this page.
Thank you.
